1)      Current members of any professional bowling organization are not allowed. 

2)      MAMBO MEMBERSHIP IS $5 ANNUAL FEE. FEE IS GOOD FOR ALL MAMBO TOURNAMENTS INCLUDING NATIONAL, INTERNATIONAL AND REGIONAL

3)      RESERVED SPOTS MUST BE PAID BY MAY 17, 2008.

4)      NO REFUNDS ISSUED AFTER TOURNAMENT DEADLINE, JUNE 23, 2008. ENTRIES CLOSE WITH LAST SQUAD WHERE LANES ARE AVAILABLE.

5)      Tournament is USBC CERTIFIED.

6)      USBC: 311, 319a, 319a-3, 319d, 319e will apply to all entrants. Rule 319a-2 will not apply to this tournament. Multiple participation is allowed, NOT more than 2 bowlers on the same team can place more than ONCE on the prize list. You can only CASH once with the same doubles partner.

7)      YOU CAN BOWL SINGLES TWICE BUT CASH ONLY ONCE. ANY KIND OF FOURS must compete with 4 bowlers. FOURS can be 4 men, 4 women or mixed. Sunday ANY KIND OF DOUBLES can be 2 men, 2 women or mixed.

8)      All events are handicapped. Singles is based on 220. FOURS max average allowed is 880. Doubles max average allowed is 440.

9)      Entering averages:  RULE 319A2, IS WAIVED. 

a.       Highest 2006-07 book average of 21 or more games AS OF APRIL 15, 2007, if NONE, then

b.       Highest 2007-08 average of 21 or more games, if NONE, then

c.       Highest 2005-06 book average of 21 or more games.

d.       If you don't have any of the above, men will use 220 and women will use 200.  YABA averages will not be accepted.  If you have been re-rated to a HIGHER average by any organization or tournament, you must use the re-rated average.  Averages must be verified prior to distribution of funds. It is the bowler’s responsibility to furnish average verification.

10)   Handicap is computed at 80% of 880 for FOURS event, per game; 80% of 440 for doubles events, per game and 80% of 220 for Singles, pot games and brackets.  220 plus averages in singles & side pots will receive 0 Handicap.

11) Tournament committee reserves the right to reject and / or re-rate any entry.

12)   Payoff is based on 1 for every 8 entries for singles, FOURS and doubles events. 100% of prize fund is returned.

13)   Payoff will be made within 30 days of end of tournament. Incorrect lower averages submitted MAY cause the entry to forfeit all fees and prizes if not corrected by end of 1st game of tournament.

14)   Entries close 30 minutes before start of squad or when squad is full. Tournament is USBC CERTIFIED.

15)   All MONEY must accompany entry form. Personal checks gladly accepted but RETURNED checks will incur bank fees and will be forwarded to the appropriate agency if not made good within ten days of tournament end.

16)   All decisions made by tournament committee will be final unless an appeal is made in accordance with USBC rule 329.

17)   All bowlers must be members of USBC.

18)   Bowlers may not practice on assigned lanes on tournament day.

19)   Teams violating any of the above mentioned rules will forfeit all fees and prizes.

20)   Premature termination of the tournament brought about by war, national emergency. Emergency causes, natural disasters or any other reason beyond the control of the Mexican-American Bowling Organization shall cause to the extent required thereby, all advertised prizes, guaranteed or otherwise, to be prorated in accordance with the number of entrants who have bowled in each of the respective events up to the time of such termination.
